This policy covers returns and refunds for Trendy Haven orders.
Return window
We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging when possible
• Returned with all included parts/accessories
Items that are not eligible
Unless otherwise required by law, the following are not eligible for return:
• Final sale/clearance items (if marked as final sale)
• Gift cards
• Custom or special-order items (if noted on the product page)

Please include:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you want to return
• The reason for the return
• Photos (required for damaged/defective/incorrect items)
You can also start from the “View your order” link in your confirmation/shipping email (order status page), if available.
Return approval + return address
Please do not send items back without approval. After reviewing your request, we will send return instructions and the correct return address.
Many items are fulfilled by our brand partners, so approved returns may be routed to a partner return address (not necessarily our business address).
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our/our partner’s error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
We don’t charge a restocking fee, but certain brand partners may require one for specific large/special items; we’ll disclose it before you ship the return.
Rugs and large/fragile items
Rugs and certain large or fragile items may be subject to brand partner return requirements (for example: unopened/unused-only rules, special packaging requirements, restocking fees, or return shipping constraints). If special conditions apply to your item, we will confirm them during the return approval process.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery using the Contact Us page above.
Please include photos of:
• The outer box
• The item(s)
• Packing materials
• The shipping label
After review, we will work with you on the fastest resolution (replacement or refund). If the issue is confirmed, we will not charge you return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or once a damage/defect/incorrect-item claim is approved), we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refund processing time varies by payment provider and may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged/defective/incorrect item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved.
Amazon purchases
If you clicked an Amazon link and completed your purchase on Amazon, that order is processed by Amazon and is subject to Amazon’s shipping, returns, and customer service policies.
